1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes (extra ₹49 convenience fee may apply)

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.

2. Payment Processing

  • All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / PayU / similar PCI-DSS compliant gateways).
  • We do not store your credit/debit card details or CVV on our servers.
  • Once payment is successful, you will receive an instant confirmation email and SMS with your order details.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹2000 (subject to change).
  • A small COD handling fee of ₹60-₹90 will be added at checkout.
  • You must have the exact amount ready in cash at the time of delivery.
  • If you refuse the package at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

4. Payment Security

  • All payment pages use 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Your payment data is handled only by certified secure gateways.
  • We follow strict security standards to protect your financial information.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails, the order will not be confirmed.
  • The amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
  • Please try again using a different payment method if needed.

6. Refunds & Reversal

All refunds (from returns or cancellations) will be credited back to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Wallets / Cards: Within 48 hours of approval
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • COD: Refund transferred directly to your bank account within 48 hours
