1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped (usually possible within 1–2 business days).
  • To cancel: Log in → “My Orders” → Click “Cancel Order”, or email us at support@guesswhat.in immediately.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible – please use the Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

Return Window Within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid original invoice/bill.
  • A clear unboxing video of the product before opening the package (mandatory).

Why We Require an Unboxing Video The unboxing video is required to:

  • Prove that the package was received sealed and in original condition.
  • Confirm that the correct product was delivered.
  • Show that any damage, defect, or issue existed at the time of delivery (and not after opening or use).
  • Help us process your return faster and fairly, while preventing fraudulent or misuse of the return facility.

This simple 30–60 second video protects both you and us, allowing quicker approval (usually within 24 hours).

Important Size Note Different sizes or fitting issues will NOT be accepted. Please double-check the size chart and measure properly before ordering. We are not responsible for size-related returns.

Eligible Returns

  • Defective / damaged products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original invoice or unboxing video
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items
  • Size / fitting issues
  • Products without original tags and packaging

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed immediately.
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 48 hours.
  • For COD orders, refund is transferred directly to your bank account (bank crediting may take 1–3 business days).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to guesswhat.in
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select item → “Return / Replace”
  4. Upload unboxing video + original invoice
  5. Mention reason
