We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as fast as possible.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
We generally process and ship (dispatch) all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
- Business days = Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If your order is placed before 2:00 PM IST, it is usually dispatched the same day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
You can expect your order to be delivered within 0 to 7 days from the date of placing the order.
Delivery speed depends on your location:
- Metro cities & major urban areas — Usually 2–4 days
- Tier-2/3 cities — 4–6 days
- Remote / rural areas — Up to 7 days
These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, bad weather, or due to courier partner schedules.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight & dimensions of your order
- Delivery location (pin code)
- Free Shipping on all pre-paid orders
- COD extra charge ₹60–₹90.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A confirmation email & SMS with the tracking number
- Live tracking link
You can also track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section on your GuessWhat.in account.
5. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all locations across India (Pan-India delivery).
- International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
- We reserve the right to change shipping methods and partners without prior notice.
