The brand name “Guess What”, the domain guesswhat.in, and all related logos and marks are trademarks of Guess What. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

If you post, submit, or upload any content on the Website (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
